Police Arrest Third Man for Local Break

Arrested in Lynn after more than a week's search, Eugene Wiswall, former soda jerk, was arraigned yesterday on charges of breaking and entering George's Cottage Grille where he worked early this fall.

Wiswall, a tall blond youth, allegedly evaded police after trying to crack the safe at the Grille almost two weeks ago. Two accomplices were arrested at the time.
