The spring rush of promotions continued yesterday as Ralph M. Hower rose to Professorship of Business Administration at the Business School.
He had been an Associate Professor of Business Administration.
Hower has been on the staff of the Business School since 1930, starting as a Research Assistant, becoming an Instructor in 1934, an Assistant Professor in 1935, and an Associate Professor in 1946.
For his service in the European sector with the Army as a colonel he received the Bronze Star.
Hower is also an author, having to his credit, in addition to numerous articles and reviews. "The History of Macy of New York" and "The History of an Advertising Agency."
