Observatory Initiates 'Open Nights' Series

The Harvard College Observatory starts its spring series of five "Open Nights" at the Garden Street Observatory at 8 p.m. tonight with a public lecture on the topic "What the Stars Are Made Of."

Armin J. Deutsch, instructor in Astronomy, will be the speaker. After his talk, if the weather permits, the audience will got a chance to see the stars through observatory telescopes.
