Ivy Films to Sponsor Script Writing Comp

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Ivy Films last night officially opened a student script-writing contest. Offering a 25-dollar war bond as first prize, the Harvard movieland colony also promises the winning author national attention through film and television channels.

The competition, which closes early next fall, gives hopeful authors a free choice of ideas and material. Except in the case of documentaries, which may have a commentary, all productions must be silent. Scripts should center around several characters, require a minimum of sets and properties, and run about 30 minutes.

All entries should be submitted to Bruce Horowitz '50, Eliot C-12.
