The Republican Open Forum holds its first meeting of the year tonight when it takes up the question, "Is There a Case for Compulsory Health Insurance?" at 8 p. m. in Eliot Junior Common Room.
The forum did not meet during the fall terms because of the election campaigns.
Franz Goldman, professor at the School of Public Health, and Dr. Charles G. Hayden of the Massachusetts Medical Society, are tonight's speakers. Hayden is a supporter of the Blue Shield, a non-compulsory health insurance plan providing for monthly payments.
