The accusers of Dr. Mirian Van Waters have dropped their claim that she had forged the signature of former Correction Commissioner J. Paul Doyle on the indenture of a reformatory inmate. The move was taken during yesterday's hearing in Langdell Courtroom before the three-man board appointed by governor Paul A. Dever and headed by Dean Erwin N. Griswold of the Law School.
