James F. Murphy '52 was elected chairman of the Freshman Jubilee Committee last night by the ten-man group.
The Committee has been divided into sub-committees in charge of arranging the various features of the May 6-7 festival. The traditional formal dance will be held in the Union on Saturday night while the Committee is trying to line up a band as well as entertainment for Friday evening. According to Murphy, the group is organized and ready to make definite plans.
