Football Rules Change

The Football Committee of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, which is headed by William J. Bingham '16, Director of Athletics, will meet in Chicago today to act on recodification of its football rules book.

In an effort to present a simplified and clarified set of rules, a sub-committee of the NCAA has reworded the entire rules book.
