Yardlings to Play Milton Six Today

Center Jack Snelling won't be in his usual slot when the freshman hockey squad faces off against Milton Academy at 4 p.m. today in the Arena.

Pete Lawson, third-line center, will replace Snelling, who has temporarily left the College.

Coach Stan Priddy admitted last night that "Snelling's absence is a great loss to the team." He would not predict how serious Snelling's loss might be today, but pointed out that "Milton hasn't had much practice lately--yet it usually has a scrappy and aggressive club."

Lawson will be playing with high quality company in time for a second game with BU on Saturday because the old Hatch-Harris-Snelling combination has led the team and the scoring all season.

If the two lines can't score very much, the defense lines will keep Milton away from the Crimson nets. Priddy's defenses are at full strength now with Captain Dusty Burke and Jack Wykoff patrolling the Crimson's zone.
