A final report on the death of Walter A. Pollano '50 in Adams House Tuesday should come from the Medical School's department of Legal Medicine today, Dr. Alan R. Merits announced last night.
According to Moritz, analysis of certain tissues has been rushed ahead and may be completed by noon. Results will then go directly to David C. Dow, Cambridge Medical Examiner.
Dow, who has been in charge of the case, refused to sign Pollano's death certificate Tuesday night after marking it "under investigation" and turned further analysis over to Moritz' department for a minute laboratory check.
Pollano's body was found by his roommate just before a final exam.
