Rabbi Zarchi Confronted Maria Ressa, Walked Off Stage Over Her Harvard Commencement Speech
Theodore P. Adams '67, who was Harvard's oldest living alumnus, died at Plymouth Saturday at the age of 103. During his senior year here, the future Cambridge Latin School teacher witnessed the inauguration of Abraham Lincoln.
According to Peter E. Pratt, director of Alumni Records, Adams was the only Harvard graduate to reach the age of 100. He was born July 24, 1845.
Born in Boston, Adams was the principal of Plymouth High School for a year immediately after his graduation from Harvard, and was a teacher in classics at Cambridge until 1906.
He was also vice-president of the Pilgrim Society and president of the Harlow Family Association.
Dr. Alfred Worcester '78, of Waltham is now the oldest living graduate. He received his Medical Degree here in 1883.
