Malcoim E. Peabody, Jr. '50 pleaded no defense yesterday to a charge of causing a public disturbance at Wednesday's Crimson-BU hockey game at the Arena.

An usher identified Peabody as the one who took his hat when he tried to subdue a group of scuffing students. During the Brelee, a referse was gashed in the head by a thrown beer can. At this point police broke up the disturbance and arrested Peabody.

Peabody is a brother of Chub Peabody, former Crimson all-American back.
