RKO Refuses to Rent 'Odd Man Out' to HLU

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

"Odd Man Out" will not appear on the HLU Film Series schedule on March 1 as planned, the executive committee said last night. "Carnival in Flanders" will be shown instead.

An unidentified distributor had promised to get the film for the HLU from RKO Radio Pictures Inc. When RKO heard the film was to be shown in Cambridge they refused to release it because they had previously cancelled all movie rentals to HLU.
