Seventy Men Nominated to Senior Office

Class of 1950 Will Elect Three Marshals and Nine Members Of a Permanent Committee

The class of 1950 has named a total of 71 men for its permanent senior class committee, the class nominating committee announced yesterday after the nomination lists closed at 5 p.m.

Three class marshals and nine members of the Permanent Class Committee will be elected next Wednesday form the 71 nominees.

The nine members of the nominating committee, who are automatically nominated, picked 24 candidates in addition to themselves last Saturday. Before the deadline yesterday, 38 other seniors submitted petitions.

Lead Activities

Those 12 elected will be the permanent class officers who will have charge of all senior activities including commencement.
