"The Problem of the Emergent Peoples" comes up for discussion at 7:30 p.m. tonight in the Dunster Forum when J. Fletcher-Cooke, British colonial administrator, speaks on the issue.

In his talk, Fletcher-Cooke will discuss developments in the Far East and Africa as well as possible results of the admission of newly liberated peoples into the United Nations.

Fletcher-Cooke has been in British government service since 1934 and is currently counsellor of Colonial Affairs for the British UN delegation.
