Students Can Get Unlimited Supply of Yale Game Tickets

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Students can get as many tickets as they want for the Yale game, HAA ticket manager Frank O. Lunden announced yesterday.

According to Lunden, the 28,000 seats allotted to Harvard are enough to give every student two tickets for himself, as many as he wants for his relatives, and enough to cover all alumni requests.

Seniors yesterday bought about 2,500 ducats--four complete aisles between the 45 and 50 yard lines--which Lunden claims is still below normal for the Yale game.

Because the alumni allotment has not been assigned yet, persons asking for extra tickets were given them in the worst possible position. Lunden advised waiting until the end of the week before purchasing extra tickets, when better locations would be offered.

As there are firsts to everything, there was a first in line for the Yale tickets yesterday morning. Walter A. Hirschberg '48, took his sleeping bag to the HAA basement at 4:30 a.m. and waited for Mr. Lunden to open the doors.
