Dean Bender will present citations to distinguished Reserve Officer Training Corps students at 3:15 p.m. today on Soldiers Field.

Eight leading students, four from the field artillery and four from the air force, will be honored with awards which the War Department gives annually.

About 200 men will march in a review in honor of the occasion.
