8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
House football resumes this afternoon on Soldiers Field at 3:15 p.m. when winless Dunster takes on Kirkland, and Winthrop meets Lowell.
Dunster ran its losing streak to five games when it bowed to Leverett Tuesday. But the Funsters showed a strong passing attack against the Bunnies and were able to move the ball everywhere but into the Leverett and zone.
If Dunster can concoct a few scoring plays with Moe Pearlstein's passes it might win its first game against a Kirkland House team which has won only one contest. Kirkland will be favored however, because of its potent single wing offense which should wear down the light Dunster line.
Winthrop, which has lost only to Adams should hand Lowell its fourth defeat. Lowell has suffered several key injuries this season, and has yet to produce a well-coordinated attack. The Puritans have a heavy line and power plays to exploit the weakened Bellboys.
