Promote Ullman

The promotion of Edward L. Ullman, assistant professor of Regional Planning, to associate professor in the same department, was announced by Joseph Hudnut '09, dean of the Graduate School of Design.

Hudnut also reported the appointment of Jean P. Carlhian as assistant professor of Architecture. Carlhian has been an instructor in Architecture since the fall of 1948.
