Preliminary signs of an incipient rebellion emerged in the Radcliffe quadrangle last night when Moors Hall inmates voted 83 to 19 to bar males from their dining hall on Saturday and Sunday nights, thus allowing females to wear blue jeans.
No spokesman was willing to offer comment on the move late last night. However, some explanation for this apparent reversion to pre-joint education days may be found in the fact that most of the girls with weekend dates were too busy preparing to leave for New Haven to take part in the balloting.
