The Debate Council won its fourth consecutive contest last night when it defeated Boston University debaters on the subject, "Resolved: That an International Atomic Energy Commission should be established."

William C. Becker '51 and Richard W. Hulbert '51 held the negative side for Harvard. In winning they maintained their own undefeated college debating record.
