Record Horde of PBH Boys Invade Stadium For Holy Cross Game

Phillips Brooks House will transport a record number of 800 Boston youngsters to Saturday's varsity football game.

Negotiations completed this week between PBH's Social Service Committee and the Athletic Association will enable Brooks House "special events" workers to bring local boys to the Stadium for just the tax on admission seats. Each boy will pay 15 cents, and PBH will handle the remainder of the bill.

Saturday's 800-seat block exceeds by far the previous PBH-HAA high of 400 for last year's Brown game. The only other football game PBH lads have watched this fall was the Cornell, when 100 settlement house boys looked on.
