Dean Defends Yale's Legal System Tonight

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Dean Wesley A. Sturges of the Yale Law School replies to Dean Griswold's appraisal of Harvard's legal education system tonight when he discusses "Legal Education at Yale." The talk, sponsored by the Law School Forum, will be held in Langdell Court Room at 8 p.m.

Dean Griswold led off last Wednesday by contrasting the advantages of the Harvard system--its diversity of students, excellent professors, and sharp competition--with those of the smaller law schools.

Dean Sturges is expected to defend the small legal institution, stressing its benefits of individual attention and informality.

These two talks are part of a special series of free lectures being presented this fall, and are not connected with the law School Forum's main series.
