Officials of the Ivy League colleges will consider how to slash dormitory operating costs and improve dining hall management at a meeting at Cornell today and tomorrow.

William A. Heaman, Manager of Dining Halls, and James Biggar '13, special assistant to Vice-President Reynolds, will represent the University at the Ithaca conference.

By finding better management methods, the group hopes to prevent rising prices from skyrocketing student rents.
