Would-be Rhodes scholars graduating this June should make their applications to Assistant Dean Arthur R. Borden, Jr. '39 in University 4 before they leave Cambridge, it was announced yesterday. Applications are in order from those seeking scholarships starting November, 1949. Applicants who will be graduating later should wait till then to apply.
