An almost equal number of grants are offered to students from particular towns or parts of states such as the Edmund Ira Richards Fund for students from North Attleboro, Mass. and the Sewall Grant for "such as shall be sent from Petaquamscot (in the Narragansett Country), English or Indians, if any such there be."
