Lawrence Academy of Groton, Mass., will provide the season's initial opposition for George Hanford's freshman lacrosse team this afternoon on the Business School turf, and for a change Harvard seems to have come up with a fairly good Yardling stick squad.

A week age, in their only unofficial outing, the freshman squad made hash of a game JV squad by a 5 to 0 count. The 1946 Andover captain, Rick Hutner, is the offensive star of this year's aggregation, while an Exonian, Clark Cowen, brother of football Bob Cowen, is a standout on defense.
