Students and faculty members opposing the military training proposals, in President Truman's recent speech will gather in New Lecture Hall tomorrow noon to join an "Emergency Rally" sponsored by the Committee for Wallace.

Speaking as individuals, rather, than as representatives of the groups they head, will be officers of the University American Veterans Committee, Liberal Union, League for Industrial Democracy, and Youth for Democracy.

Pitirim A, Sorokin, professor of Sociology, and John D. Wild, professor of Philosophy, will also speak at the rally.
