Two hits and a miss closed the Radcliffe winter sports season last night, as the 'Cliffe Varsity swimmers and Junior Varsity basketball teams defeated Jackson College, while the Varsity basketball sextet lost by one point. The scores: swimming, 58 to 35; Jayvee basketball, 28 to 17; Varsity basketball, 34 to 33.
In the Varsity basketball game, a see-saw engagement from the start almost to the close, Captain Midge Manson of the Medford team sank the winning point on a Radcliffe foul, two minutes from the finish.
