Council Attack on Bill Stymied for a Month

Postponement of Committee on Taxation hearings prevented Richard W. Kimball '50, official Student Council delegate from testifying yesterday against bill H1559, which would remove tax exemption from schools employing Communists.

Kimball arrived at the State House in the morning to speak on the now pending legislation, but the Committee did not reach H1559 and decided to wait until some time in March for hearings.
