Ten or fifteen undergraduates have still not reported for registration, James G. Ducey, assistant registrar, estimated last night, adding that "we still don't know if they're all coming or not."

Late registrants are subject to a $5 fine plus any disciplinary action which the administrative board sees fit to take, Ducoy said. He reported that all kinds of excuses had been received from tardy-students, including cancellation of plane reservations at the last minute and family illness, while there were two or three "misunderstandings," of Monday's date.
