"One World" will be discussed from the economic viewpoint tonight when Edward S. Mason, Dean of the School of Public Administration and America's chief economic adviser at the Moscow. Conference, speaks under the sponsorship of the United Nations Council. The talk is datelined for 8 o'clock at Littauer Auditorium.
Three ambassadors will spotlight a now series of addresses scheduled by the Council. Henri Bonnet of France, Eclo van Kleffene of the Netherlands, and Lord Inverchapel of Britain will participate in discussions entitled "Western Europe Speaks" in coming weeks.
