Five Air Stations Convene to Form New Ivy Network

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Groundwork for an Ivy Network, involving five New England college radio stations, was laid out at an organizational meeting Sunday at New Haven.

The network, which will include WHRV and the Yale, Dartmouth, Princeton, and Pennsylvania stations, would help bring together technical and production methods in the various stations in order to improve individual quality in each one.

WHRV will act as program committee for the group, writing the four stations to find out what programs are scheduled for a given hour, compiling the results, and sending them to the central office.
