Men who would guide the men who row the boats this spring should report at the H.A.A. offices tonight at 7:30 o'clock when Frank MacShane '49, Varsity crew manager, will officially open the 1948 competition for prospective sophomore and freshman managers. The competition, which will last for eight weeks, will result in two sophomores and two freshmen receiving appointments.
