NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In its first public appearance since the Symphony Hall concert in mid-December, the Band added $300 to its money-starved treasury last night, playing at the current Golden Gloves Tournament at Lowell.

On future nights during the matches, other college bands, among them Dartmouth's, will perform. Last night's appearance was arranged through the Harvard Club of Lowell.

The band recently appealed for more funds for 1948 football trips.
