Students for Wallace Here for Conference

Opening guns of the New England Students for Wallace campaign will boom today and tonight when 500 collegiate delegates crowd into Longfellow Auditorium in downtown Cambridge as guests of the Harvard Committee for Wallace and other Rub groups.

Susan Reed and her either will entertain the Wallaccites, F. O. Matthiessen, professor of History and Literature, will lead a discussion panel, John Ciardi, Briggs-Copeland Instructor in English Composition, will address an evening rally, and Jerome T. Kilty '50 will read a special message from Wallace.

Twenty colleges are sending delegates to the all-day conference, which opens at 11 o'clock this morning.
