Red Cross Swimming Class Starts Monday

Prospective summer campers and counsellors will have the opportunity to add the Red Cross senior lifesaving badge to their qualifications this term when the course leading to the award is offered at the Indoor Athletic Building pool.

Opening on Monday and continuing throughout the spring term, the course will be given by swimming coaches William J. Brooks and Bernard P. Kelly, with the assistance of student Red Cross instructors.

In addition to rescuing techniques, instruction will probably be given in the use of the respirator. Last year, a Cambridge fireman offered his services along this line.
