Buck Highlights 'Cliffe Program

Provost Buck will address 900-odd Radcliffe students and faculty members this afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Garden Street Congregational Church in the first Honors Day ceremonies in Annex history. He will speak on "The Quality of Scholarship."

His speech will keynote a program designed, Mrs. Wilma A. Kerby-Miller, dean of instruction, said yesterday, "to set aside one day for the consideration of the basis of scholarship." 'Cliffe President W. K. Jordan and Dean Kerby-Miller are other scheduled speakers.

An academic procession of black cap-and-gowned faculty members and the entire Class of 1948 will open the ceremonies.
