When Harvard debaters meet Bates College tonight at 8 p.m. in the Noble Room of the Phillips Brooks House, Roy Clouse '50 and Richard Rohr '49 will take the negative side on the topic "Federal Aid to Education."

Next week the Debating Council will again debate the subject with Holy Cross.
