William M. Pinkerton, Director of the University News Office, was elected director of the New England Regional Section of the American College Public Relations Association last Saturday at a meeting of the group at Colby College Waterville, Maine.

Miss Barbara Norton, Publicity Director of Radcliffe, and W. Henry Johnson, Director of Public Relations for the Harvard Athletic Association, were chosen Associate Directors of the organization.

The American College Public Relations Association is an organization of directors of college and university news offices and public relations personnel. The group is devoted to the exchange of ideas and the improvement of public relations work.
