Crimson yachtsmen will travel to Washington, D.C. this weekend in search of the last balmy breezes of the season and the President's Trophy, offered the winners of a 12-college regatta by Maryland, Georgetown, and George Washington Universities.

The Harvard team of Pete Putnam, George Whitney, Bob Clark, and Mike Post qualified for this contest by placing third, behind MIT and Yale, in the Schell Trophy races this fall and by lying for second place with Navy in the Middies' Fall Invitation Regatta.
