Modern Dance Group Selects New Member

Dance Group auditions in Agassiz Monday added Carla Friedman '52 to its membership list. The group, which now has 17 members, will soon begin practice for a modern interpretive dance symposium with Jackson in March.

Mildred Blacklock '50, chairman of the group, conducted the try-outs. The candidates were tested for balance, leaping, gracefulness and rhythm. Originality of ideas for dance steps counted toward Miss Friedman's election.
