Rowland C. W. Brown '45 2L was elected president of the Harvard Law School Forum yesterday. He will serve under the group's new "policy board" system of administration which came as a result of the expanded activities of the group this fall.
Next term the group's general policy will be mapped out by this board of directors.
Group Grows
"Since our beginning we've grown," commented president-elect Brown. "Under the new system we will get a chance to look over the flock of new competitors and decide who can work for us."
This year about 70 law school freshmen competed for positions on the staff.
Next term the vice-president in charge of planning will be Richard K. Fink 2L, while William D. Patton 2L will work as the group's publicity director. Thomas C. Sheperd 2L will serve a second term as treasurer and Fred M. Kecker 2L will be the secretary.
