Food Poisoning Takes Toll Of Soccer, J.V. Football Men

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A quick survey last night showed that food poisoning seriously hampered the efforts of Harvard teams this weekend.

Six members of the Varsity Soccer team were struck down by the malady, and one was unable even to start the game. Poisoning also hit 12 members of the JV football team, which dropped a 35 to 0 decision to Princeton.

Since the poisoning reached only those eating in the Houses fed by the Kirkland central kitchen, all players who ate in the Varsity Club apparently escaped. These men included most members of the Varsity football team.
