Dining Hall food fills the high spot on the agenda of tonight's Student Council meeting in Kirkland Senior Common Room--the first open meeting of the year.

Starting time is 7:30 p.m., but the discussion on University food will be delayed until 9 p.m. for the beginning of a 45-minute broadcast over WHRV. Either Dean Bender or his representative will attend the meeting to answer Council or student inquiries, Council president William D. Weeks '49 said last night.

Other topics scheduled for discussion are rules for new College publications, HAA policy on ticket allocations, and final approval of a $500 Council loan is the Salzburg Seminar.
