Job-conscious seniors will get a chance to talk to representatives of several large companies during the next few weeks through a series of interviews to be sponsored here by the Office of Student Placement.
To impress them with the importance of getting a job early, the Placement Office will send out form letters today to all seniors in the College, advising them of its job-counseling services, and inviting them to drop in for a chat with John W. Teele, Director of Student Placemen.
First Interview
First of the job interviews--which will be open only to fourth-year men--will be held Thursday and Friday, when representatives of Arabian American Oil Co., N. W. Ayer and Sons, and Shell Oil will come to the College with information relative to employment with their respective firms.
Students wishing an interview will have to make appointments in advance at the Placement Office in Weld Hall.
Future conferences will bring representatives from the following firms: Douglas Aircraft (Nov. 26); Vick Chemical Co. (Nov. 29, 30); U.S. Naval Ordnance Laboratory (Dec. 1); General Electric Co. (Dec. 3); Procter & Gamble Co. (Dec. 6); and American Cyanimid Co. Calco Division (Dec. 10).
