Two sophomores, Dohrmann K. Pischel '51 and Arthur W. Bingham '51, arrested Thursday night for creating a disturbance in the University Theater, were fined $3 in East Cambridge Court yesterday.

Presiding Justice Stone tossed in a free lecture with the levy, telling the Armistice Day miscreants, "It is good citizenship to obey a police officer anywhere in Massachusetts, Cambridge, or Harvard."
