Applications Due for $1200 in Scholarships

Twelve hundred dollars has ben tentatively set aside by the Student Council for scholarships this year.

Council spokesmen announced last night that $400 to $500 of this amount will be available to students in time for payment of the term bill due December 10. Stipends range from $25 to $50 each.

Needy students must procure applications by Friday from the Student Council Office, Phillips Brooks House. Hours are from 1 to 5 p.m.
