One day last week a gaunt and hungry tomeat approached Agassiz Hall in Radcliffe Yard. The girls looked upon this tragic figure of a cat, and took pity. They took it in and fed it scraps from a tuna fish sandwich.
When the poor brindle beast had eaten its fill, they placed it in the collar to recover. And they named it Arthur.
All week Arthur the Alley Cat enjoyed the comfort of his surroundings in the coal bin of Agassiz. Yesterday he decided to show his gratitude. Arthur brought a live mouse into the girls' smoking room at Agassiz.
The Janitor took it out.
