Yacht Team Accepts Annex Dare, Will Race for Shirts

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Harvard's yacht team has agreed to race a Radcliffe boat for the supremacy of the Charles--on the condition that the losing team must give its shirts to the winners.

Commodore Pete Putnam announced last night his acceptance of a challenge issued last week by three Radcliffe dinghy racers, Rona Jaffe '51, Felicia Reed '52, and Betty Trygatad '52. The three had promised to take on any dinghy that the Harvard yacht team might choose to send against them.

Putnam eagerly accepted the challenge on behalf of his yachtsmen, but insisted that the race must be sailed with the losers' shirts at stake. No date has been set as yet.
